Milking It takes the People’s Choice award at this years 2nd year Media Arts Final Screenings. The awards is normally voted for by the viewers the night of the screening and then revealed at the Media Arts Awards in May. However this year the votes were cast and winners declared shortly after.

Whats Bruin is the title of an upcoming magazine show that will air on the new Sheridan television network. We will soon be creating the online home of the Whats Bruin TV show where we will keep all the episodes for you to see after they air.

Within the 10 shows will be 6 3-minute drama episodes called Life of a Newscaster which has a different director for each show. Casting for the show will be held on September 29-30 from 6:00PM - 8:45PM.

Explorer Lifeboat 3 was given a red light after we pitched the film to fill a ten minute slot. The project is simply to large to fit into 10 minutes, and therefore it has been put on hold until further notice.

The long anticipated Version 3 of the Touch of Grey Productions website is finally here! We are super excited about it because the whole approach this time was don’t re-invent the internet. We have a super powerful back-end complete with a shiny Darwin Streaming Server which means that when you want to watch one of Touch of Grey’s wonderful videos you won’t be sitting there waiting!

In the next few months we hope to start delivering a heck of a lot more HD content so stay tuned. Right now we are offering content in Quicktime MPEG 4 and Windows Media Video 9 format.

A note to iPod fans! The small Quicktime files are iPod ready and the Large and HD Quicktime files are Apple TV ready. Also, due to the fact they are MPEG-4 files, they pack the small size and quality of H.264 compression with the device compatibility of the MPEG-4 format. Take the content wherever you go!
