The United Way Film Project is a project that includes the students and faculty of Appleby College, Touch of Grey Productions, the Willis Family and the United Way of Oakville. A website was created by Touch of Grey Productions to monitor the projects status and share the films with Oakville.

This year That’s Not Jazz! performed LIVE on the main stage for downtown Oakville’s Midnight Madness 2008! They played some really awesome jazz tunes that everyone could enjoy for almost 4 hours. Touch of Grey was there to record the entire live session. The tracks were later used to produce a 9 track Live CD.

The long anticipated Version 3 of the Touch of Grey Productions website is finally here! We are super excited about it because the whole approach this time was don’t re-invent the internet. We have a super powerful back-end complete with a shiny Darwin Streaming Server which means that when you want to watch one of Touch of Grey’s wonderful videos you won’t be sitting there waiting!
In the next few months we hope to start delivering a heck of a lot more HD content so stay tuned. Right now we are offering content in Quicktime MPEG 4 and Windows Media Video 9 format.
A note to iPod fans! The small Quicktime files are iPod ready and the Large and HD Quicktime files are Apple TV ready. Also, due to the fact they are MPEG-4 files, they pack the small size and quality of H.264 compression with the device compatibility of the MPEG-4 format. Take the content wherever you go!
